Instructor-led Courses
A full refund can be requested up to 14 days after your purchase has been completed as long as you have confirmation of payment and the course has not started. A request for withdrawal from the course or refund after 14 days following purchase, or once the course has started, if approved, will result in a credit note to be used towards paying for a future RFN Academy online course. In the case of a credit note, 20% of the course fee will be withheld as an administration fee. A credit note will only be granted during the first quarter of the course. Credit notes expire after 12 months from issue date.
You can request a refund for courses with a pre-registration. You will be refunded 100% of the fee up to 30 days before access to the course content has been granted. Any request for withdrawal after this time, if approved, will receive a credit note to be used towards paying for a future RFN Academy online courses. In the case of a credit note, 20% of the course fee will be withheld as an administration fee. A credit note will only be granted during the first quarter of the course. Credit notes expire after 12 months from issue date.
Self-study courses and workshops
A full refund can be requested up to 14 days after paying for access to a course or workshop provided you have not yet accessed the materials. If the course has physical materials that have been forwarded to you, materials must be returned and received by the RFN Academy unused and free from damage at the cost of the student before a refund will be issued.
Any request for refunds after 14 days following purchase, or once you have accessed the materials, if approved, will receive a credit note to be used towards a future RFN Academy online courses. In the case of a credit note, 20% of the course fee will be withheld as an administration fee. A credit note will only be granted if you have accessed less than 25% of the course content. Credit notes expire after 12 months from issue date.
