Decision Dynamics will provide you with a framework to make better decisions faster with the ability to act with more confidence and accountability. It will help you build and manage reliable collaboration and team performance.

Practitioner Training will build on what you have learned in the Introduction to Decision Dynamics course in the form of live sessions which consist of individual preparation followed by two group sessions.
